How To:
Internal Use: mix a Single serving of 1 teaspoon of clay powder in 2 oz. of water, shake well and enjoy :)
For Baths: Sprinkle 1 or more cups of clay power in running bath water and stir to keep from clumping.
Topical Use: (Use the blender for best results). Mix 3 parts water per 1 part clay. Use glass or plastic container only. Then let stand until clay has fully set. Apply as needed to skin and allow clay to fully dry, then rinse clean.
Additional Use: Use clay to sooth irritation. Helps aid wounds and burns, when applied as a poultice.
