REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Head to Toe Products (A&M Health Products LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we maintain the following return policy to protect product integrity and customer safety.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund
  • Returns requested after 30 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return
  • Products returned after their printed "best by" or expiration date are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Important Disclaimers

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria
  • Returned products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment; we recommend using a trackable shipping method
