SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM CST)

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Head to Toe Products is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, apply to standard shipping only within the continental United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Head to Toe Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier and checking with neighbors or building management.

Wholesale and bulk orders may have different shipping timelines and costs. Please contact us directly for wholesale shipping quotes.
